The wines of Signorello Estate are a one-of-a-kind reflection of a unique double-hillside vineyard cultivated in Napa Valley by the Signorello family for more than 35 years. The 100-acre estate with both east-facing and west-facing hillsides vineyards provides the foundation and source for a winemaking program aimed at delivering wine lovers with a pinnacle Napa Valley experienced.
Ray Signorello, Jr., son of the estate’s founder, has overseen the Estate’s development for more than 25 years and has been extraordinarily hands on in the winemaking process alongside winemaker Pierre Birebent. Together, Ray and Pierre have directed the winery’s focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, utilizing the very special landscape and vineyards as their guide.
The Signorello Estate portfolio of wines revolves around Padrone, Ray’s tribute to his father that represents small batch, artisan winemaking at its height. A Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine, Padrone is crafted from a selection and blending of only the finest barrels of estate Cabernet in the cellar. Additionally, an Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, the Hope’s Cuvee Chardonnay and a few small lot bottlings of other varietals and blends are offered only at the estate and to allocation list members are also produced at Signorello.
Located in the southern reaches of Napa Valley on the Silverado Trail, Signorello Estate treats visitors to an experience that reaches all their senses. From the winery’s hillside terrace, one looks out beyond an infinity pool, across the Valley, where in the afternoon the sun sheds its final rays on the terrace before setting behind the Mayacamas Mountains.
Additionally, visitors are not merely offered samples of a number of wines produced on the grounds from vines grown on the grounds, but are also offered the opportunity to experience a variety of food and wine pairing programs. These include the Enoteca Signorello, described as “One of Napa’s best dining experiences.” The brainchild of Ray Signorello based on his belief that no wine experiences is complete without food, the Enoteca Signorello is a two-hour, sit down food and wine pairing featuring five current and reserve wines along with four course prepared by the estate’s Executive Chef Britny Sundin.
